QualityKits Terms of Use
RETURNS POLICY: Unassembled kits may be returned for refund if purchased
within the last 30 days. Must be in resellable condition in original package. 15% restocking fee applies to all goods purchased
from QKits Ltd. Shipping will not be refunded. Kits returned to QKits Ltd.
partially or fully assembled do not qualify for refund. In the event that
an incomplete kit is returned (missing parts) QKits Ltd. reserves the right
to refuse refund. No returns or refunds on components, static sensitive devices or special order items. Special
order items refer to an assembled and/or modified kit and/or items ordered specially for you. QKits Ltd.
does not accept the return of Solar Panels or any glass products. The customer must
contact Qkits Ltd to receive an RMA number and return instructions before
returning any goods. Goods returned without an RMA number do not qualify
for refund.
QKits Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment due to natural disasters, military action,
courier strikes, terrorist acts or any other circumstance beyond our control.
QKits Ltd. is not responsible if a customer (consignee) enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address such as a incorrect zip code, missing unit
number, suite number, building number, floor number or room number. UPS levies an $8.00 fee for address corrections and the customer
is responsible for this Address Correction charge if any part of the shipping address is incorrect or missing when the order is shipped.
Customers have multiple opportunities to confirm and update shipping addresses prior to QKits Ltd. shipping your order. As such, QKits Ltd.
cannot be held responsible for customer errors with regard to shipping addresses and will collect any address correction charges and/or any other charges levied by
UPS from the customer. Please make every effort to ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order! QKits Ltd
dislikes passing these charges on to the customer.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Canadian orders will be charged in Canadian Currency, US and International orders
in US Currency. At this time Amex will only allow transactions in Canadian dollars. If you use Amex, we will convert your US dollar order into Canadian at the current exchange rate.
Amex will then convert the Canadian amount back into US dollars at their own exchange rate. If you are outside of North America your credit card company will convert the US $ amount into your currency at their own exchange rate.
In this case, your credit card statement will reflect the exchange rate and the final charge in your country's currency. The customer is
responsible for all charges incurred upon importation of goods.
QKits Ltd. is not liable for any injuries sustained due to the use of or improper use of products purchased from QKits Ltd..
The purchaser understands that QKits Ltd. is acting as reseller of goods only and not responsible for manufacturing defects, design
flaws or optional items not included in the kits
